💸 Salary

• 250,000 PKR- $700/month base salary

OR

• $1k - $1.5k/month based on how much extra project based work you do for example :
  • If you edit some videos on top of managing the team
  • If you keep the team moving and clients happy & keep hitting KPI’s
  • if you edit some motion design videos creatively

We’re looking for a Head of Content to lead our creative pipeline across two core offers:

1. Motion Design for SaaS/Tech Companies (explainers, product demos, landing page videos, ad cutdowns)
2. YouTube Growth for Creators & Founders (long-form, short-form, repurposed clips, and ideation)
3. Ad creatives for Well known Companies (Short form ads)

This role is the central driver of our content operations — making sure every project is strategically sound, assigned to the right creative, reviewed with precision, and delivered on time at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Motion Design (SaaS Offer)

• Collaborate with storyboard artists and motion designers to align vision.
• Review drafts, provide clear feedback, and guide revisions.
• Work as a Lead in the Editing department fire fighting all the ops
